Notice of 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of KPPj8

Please be informed that, as instructed by Suruhanjaya Sukan Malaysia, we are required to have our AGM within the first year of our club registration specifically for the appointment of new committee members. Thus, we are proposing to have the above said meeting as per below :-

Time : 10.30pm

Date : 21 June 2011 (Tuesday)

Venue : Dewan Serbaguna Presint 8, Putrajaya

Agenda : -

1) The appointment of New Committee Members i.e:-

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Vice Secretary
• Treasurer
• Vice Treasurer
• 5 nos of AJKs
• 2 nos of Auditors

2) Presentation of Financial Status by current Treasurer (En Ahmad Rashidi) - inclusive of status of monthly payment/fee.

3) Registration of KPPj8's Bank Account

4) Sponsorship

5) Club Activities such as :-

• Our Current League
• Single Championship
• Double Championship
• Open Tournament
• To organise open tournament
• To redefine the prize for KPPj8 Leagues (depending on our financial status)

6) Any related issues

As you are aware, on the same day, we are gonna have our Single Championship (probably 1st round only) and it will start as per schedule, i.e 9.00pm but at 10.30pm we shall stop the all the matches to allow the meeting taken place. We take this opportunity to have meeting on the same day is just to ensure we will have the maximum number of members, as such the voting process will be much better and anything decided in the meeting is well distributed among the members.
